Highly-Anticipated OnePlus 12 Expected to Debut with Global Launch in January 2024

According to reputable tipster Max Jambor, the OnePlus 12 is now expected to launch globally, including in India, in January 2024, debunking previous rumors of a February release. While OnePlus has not officially confirmed details about the OnePlus 12, leaked renders have given us a glimpse of the smartphone's design.


The OnePlus 12 is rumored to be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, combined with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage. It is set to run on Android 14-based OxygenOS 14 right out of the box. Display-wise, the smartphone is expected to sport a 6.7" 120Hz QHD+ LTPO AMOLED screen, featuring a fingerprint reader underneath for biometric authentication.
Photography enthusiasts can look forward to a versatile camera setup on the OnePlus 12, with four cameras expected: a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, a 64MP periscope lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 32MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.


In terms of battery life, the OnePlus 12 is rumored to house a substantial 5,400 mAh battery and support 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, promising quick and convenient power replenishment. Although official details are yet to be revealed by OnePlus, the leaked specifications and renders have generated significant anticipation among tech enthusiasts eagerly awaiting the global launch of the OnePlus 12 in January 2024.
